Delays in Responding to Posts

Book: Then We Came to the End: A Novel

Great novel. Great ending.

Book: Rewriting the Soul

Book: Christianity: The First Three Thousand Years

A graceful, clear-eyed, and humane account of human history from the perspective of Christianity. Thank you, Amy, for the gift!

Book: A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man

Plenty of pretty prose. Not a lot ‘o plot.

Book: The Devil and Sherlock Holmes

A fairly interesting collection of non-fiction articles about unusual people in unusual circumstances.

Book: Erlang and OTP in Action

Another fine addition to the Erlang library. And the first Erlang book that really focuses on the OTP application framework.

Book: The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

Great ending to a great series. Your comeuppance is served!
